"God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, in these last days spoke to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom He also made the world."
(Hebrews 1:1-2)

God is not silent. From the very beginning, He has been a God who speaks. In the Old Testament, He revealed Himself through the prophets; sometimes in visions, sometimes in whispers, and other times through bold proclamations. These messages came in pieces, across generations, forming a mosaic of His character, His promises, and His plan.
His Word is not distant; it is personal. And it is for you.
But then something changed. In these last days, the writer of Hebrews tells us, God has spoken through His Son. Jesus is not just another prophet: He is the full and final Word. He is the message and the messenger. Everything God wanted to say about Himself, He said through Christ.
This truth has enormous weight for our lives. We don’t have to guess what God is like or wonder what He wants from us. We see it clearly in Jesus: His compassion, His holiness, His authority, and His sacrifice. He is the perfect revelation of God.
Our past may have been full of mixed messages, confusion, or silence from those we trusted. But God has spoken clearly and lovingly through His Son. His Word is not distant; it is personal. And it is for you.
Are you listening to the voice of the Son? Are you letting His Word shape your identity and guide your steps?
Father, thank You for speaking through Jesus. In a world full of noise, help me to listen to Your voice above all others. Let the truth of who Christ is anchor my faith and direct my life. In His name I pray, Amen.
