"But now faith, hope, and love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love."
(1 Corinthians 13:13)

When life throws curveballs at us, we often cling to different things for stability like our abilities, relationships, or circumstances. But today’s verse reminds us that three things endure no matter what: faith, hope, and love.
Faith keeps us grounded in God’s truth, trusting in His promises even when we don’t see the full picture.
Hope gives us strength to press on, reminding us that our struggles are not the end of the story.
Love is the foundation of it all, the reflection of God’s heart, the mark of true transformation, and the greatest gift we can receive and give.
Faith and hope are essential, but love is the greatest. Why? Because faith and hope exist within us, however, love not only exists within us, it is something we extend to others. It is an action that penetrates the hearts of those around us.
We were created to receive God’s love and share it. Love is what changes hearts and heals emotional wounds. It is not just about loving those who are easy to love but extending grace, kindness, and forgiveness—just as God has done for us.
If you feel like your faith is weak or your hope is fading, return to the love found in Christ. Let God’s love fill you so that it can overflow into every part of your life.
Are faith, hope, and love active in your life? How can you make love the foundation of your daily walk?
God in heaven, thank You for the gifts of faith, hope, and love. Help me to trust You more, to hold onto hope even in difficult times, and to love others as You have loved me. Let love be the foundation of everything I do, so that my life reflects the heart of my Lord. In Christ’s name I pray. Amen.
